Donald Trump has sparked fresh health concerns after appearing “confused” and wandering off in the “wrong direction” at the G7 summit in Evian, France earlier this month.
Videos from the summit show the POTUS, who turned 80 a few days ago, posing with fellow leaders before appearing to walk away from the group in the wrong direction, with what social media users described as a “bewildered” look on his face. He is then guided in the correct direction by those around him, after which he gives a thumbs-up to the camera and walks off with the group.

Donald Trump’s Behavior At The G7 Summit
Trump’s behavior at the summit, attended by leaders from the U.K., U.S., Canada, Japan, Germany, France and Italy, has made headlines for several reasons, including his interactions with fellow leaders.
He also appeared to blank U.K. Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer as he greeted other world leaders at the G7 summit. In a GB News video, Starmer can be seen standing beside Trump while the president enthusiastically shakes hands with other people, without immediately acknowledging him.
Trump was also caught in an awkward exchange with Brigitte Macron in a video that showed what some viewers described as a “weird handshake tug-of-war” between the pair.
This isn’t the first time Trump’s behavior has caused a stir. He also made headlines during King Charles and Queen Camilla‘s state visit last month, when he was slammed as “disrespectful” after cutting in front of the Queen Consort while greeting members of his own administration at the White House.

Social Media Reactions
"Trump is with world leaders and he can BARELY lift his right arm. It literally just HANGS there. What is wrong with him and what are they hiding?" asked one person on X. "His right-sided weakness is worse, his balance is worse and his demeanor is distant and almost flat," added a second. "He looks like he's barely functional," thought a third.
There were also a lot of comments on a video posted on Instagram with the caption: "An awkward moment at the G7 summit's traditional leaders' family photo saw President Donald Trump appear to head in the wrong direction before French President Emmanuel Macron and other world leaders gestured for him to return to the group." One person said Trump looked "confused" throughout the clip, as a second added: "Something is not right."
"He seems to have zero clue where he is and why he is there," observed a third. "He's completely lost," echoed a fourth, while a fifth agreed: "Trump doesn't know where the [expletive] he is."

"He looks really tired and uninterested," noted a sixth. "My preschool grandkids have more situational awareness," joked a seventh, while an eighth quipped: "Grandpa is confused again." "Zero awareness, literally," agreed a ninth. "He is such an embarrassment," added a tenth.
Others pointed out what they viewed as hypocrisy, given how often Trump mocked former President Joe Biden. "And he laughed and joked about Biden for the same thing," wrote an eleventh commenter.
"He made fun of Biden! Surprise, surprise, Biden is better now," said a twelfth. "What goes around comes around. It is called karma," added a thirteenth.
