In photos taken at the event in Kananaskis, Canada, you can clearly see that something is up with the 79-year-old’s hands. Though he was dressed in his normal blue suit and red tie, his right hand looked puffy, discolored, and slightly like he tried to apply make-up to make the discoloring of his hand less obvious.
