The View co-host Joy Behar has been outspoken with her criticism of President Donald Trump, following in the footsteps of former The View co-host Rosie O’Donnell. Rosie O’Donnell, though, has taken it a step further and actually moved to Europe after Trump was elected for the second time, and now the White House is speaking out. After shamelessly nicknaming Behar “Joyless Behar,” he’s now encouraging her to leave the United States as well. Keep reading for more information.
White House Urges Joy Behar To Leave The US
The entire situation began when O'Donnell posted online that she thinks The View will be canceled: "Because it's not enough to run the country into the ground," she shared on TiKTok. "You have to control what people SEE What they HEAR What they think. And The View? Well, that's a little too much woman—a little too much truth—a little too much Joy Behar saying 'I don't think the insurrection was a tourist visit, Karen.' Apparently the truth is dangerous now."
In response, White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers gave a statement to Entertainment Weekly. "Rosie O'Donnell and 'Joyless' Behar are irrelevant losers with too much time on their hands, whining about a failing talk show while everyday Americans are working hard. Our country is better off with Rosie living abroad—and we can all hope 'Joyless' Behar will join her next!"

Rosie O'Donnell Flees US
While the White House makes Rosie O'Donnell's choice to leave the US out as a negative one, the talk show host is proud of her new home. "I never thought he would win again, but I said, 'If he does, I'm going to move,' and my therapist said, 'Well, let's make a real plan," O'Donnell recalled. And when the results came in, she set it into motion.
And she's been better off since, even embarking on a weight loss journey while abroad. One of the things that has changed about her lifestyle is that she feels healthier in Ireland, moving her body a lot more by going on walks to enjoy the scenic beauties of the country. "I've lost more weight here," said the mom of five in a TikTok video. "I am on Mounjaro for my diabetes, and one of the side effects is that you lose weight."
"I'm one of those people who's always had a weight issue and now that I'm a size large, instead of an XL or a 2XL, I find it shocking," she added.
