Air Force One is the official air traffic control and plane designated for the president, and the aircraft's stairs have seen a few slips or humorous accidents here and there. For instance, President Joe Biden tripped going up, as well as officials like Marco Rubio. As it turns out, the current president has had his own bumps while getting on the plane.
This could explain why, last week, as he and his wife descended their plane for Palm Beach, Florida, likely to spend Valentine's Day weekend at Mar-a-Lago, it looked as though he was holding on tight to her hand as they went down those steep steps.
Upon a closer look at pictures and videos of the controversial couple making their way down, many internet users felt as though it looked like the NYC mogul was tightly holding onto his wife to protect himself from falling, implying that there might be more wrong with his health than meets the eye.

Since the start of his second term as president, a lot of information has been coming out and circulating in relation to his health, notably more than in his first term.
A lot of it started after people noticed there was often dark bruising on his hands and swelling in his legs, which his health team chalked up to chronic venous insufficiency, as well as frequent handshaking throughout his days as president.
Rumors surrounding his allegedly declining health have continued to fly around, and seeing him supposedly holding onto his wife for support only intensified them on social media platforms.
"[She's] helping him so he doesn't fall," wrote a Facebook user, as another added he was "holding on for dear life."
"His steps are very deliberate, guessing those feet are losing their feelings!" added another.
"Reminds me of a toddler looking at every step as he descends," wrote a user.
On Reddit, others speculated that there was more going on with his condition or health than his team is letting on.
"Shame on all people who voted for this frail and incapable old man," commented a user.
"Nothing says 'romantic Valentine's Day moment' like gripping the handrail and your spouse like they're the only solid thing left between you and the ground," added another.
