It seems like Dua Lipa didn’t get the memo about not upstaging the bride, as the 26-year-old “Levitating” hitmaker attended a wedding wearing the most provocative sheer lace dresses we have ever seen! We thought the slashed Mônot dress Kendall Jenner wore to a wedding last year was controversial, but we think Dua’s takes the cake!
The “New Rules” singer took to Instagram and shared a carousel of images of her outfit when she attended literary agent Olive Uniacke’s wedding over the Fourth of July weekend on July 6th, and we’re super-grateful to be able to see the look in more detail, and at various different angles. And spoiler alert – Dua has *no* bad angles! Nor does the stunning embellished, lingerie-inspired dress, which can be found in Bottega Veneta’s Fall 2022 ready-to-wear collection, the first collection from the brand’s new creative director, Matthieu Blazy.

The dress on its own would have been head-turning enough, but the drama didn’t just stop at the dress. Dua completed her look with some matching long silver opera gloves and an embellished version of Bottega Veneta’s ‘Mini Jodie’ bag; and she went bold with her footwear choice too, opting for a fierce pair of over-the-knee silver boots. She finished her ultra glam ‘fit with some dazzling silver earrings and black GCDS sunglasses. We are speechless!
