Ed Sheeran Poses Shirtless On The Cover Of Men's Health Magazine
Although he might not be the first celebrity you think of when you picture Hollywood heartthrobs, the "Thinking Out Loud" singer just bared more than usual on the cover of the famous Men's Health UK magazine, where he gave a more in-depth interview on his latest body transformation.
On the cover of the special issue, ED can be seen posing in a tank top and shorts on a bench, and within the magazine, there's a much more revealing picture, where he's posing in only a pair of shorts, showing off his colorful tattoos and bulky muscles. You can see the photo of him here!
It was one of the first times the public's been able to see him properly flaunting his transformation, which he admitted began five years ago, after the birth of his eldest daughter, Lyra.

After his daughter was born and he became a first-time dad, a night of drinking inspired him to change his ways and habits.
"I had my best mate 'round, and we had a bottle of wine," he recalled. "I went to bed, then Lyra woke up 20 minutes after I'd fallen asleep. I woke up, and I was like, 'I probably shouldn't drink if I'm going to feel this dreadful.' I want to be able to do the night stuff. It all came in at the same time of wanting to be a responsible dad, wanting to feel and look good."
Once he made the decision to change for good, the award-winning musician took up various forms of exercise, like pilates, running, weight training, and changed certain lifestyle habits. Instead of staying up drinking with friends after a show, he heads back to his hotel for a massage, dinner, and hits the hay.
The 34-year-old also reflected on just how far he's come, noting just how much having a daughter and becoming a dad changed his life, and taught him how to take better care of himself as he takes care of his family and career.
"Ten years ago, I was a beer guzzling, kebab munching smoker. Having kids really made me knock all those bad habits on the head (excuse the pun), and I got heavily into exercise and moderation," he joked. "Now, I do think it's relatable for parents to suddenly want to be a bit more healthy and follow a bit more of a routine. I'm not saying we all need to run marathons and blah, blah, blah. I'm also not selling super-healthy eating or this or that. I still enjoy myself, and I don't roll around with a little tub of grilled turkey. It's all about moderation."
