It’s no secret that Ellen DeGeneres is the queen of daytime television. She’s been the reigning queen for years now with her massive successful talk show ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ and connecting to fans near and far with her uplifting and humorous personality.

But, Ellen may be looking to put her two weeks in. Celebrity Insider reports that the famous talk show host is reportedly looking to quit “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
I know, I know, this is hard news to take. What kind of world would it be if there was no hilarious Ellen hijinks? So, why would Ellen even consider doing something like this? A source revealed that it might be to repair her relationship with wife Portia de Rossi.
There have been rumors of trouble in paradise for the A-list couple, who tied the knot in 2008. With the success of the show, sources claim that Ellen has been putting Portia on the backburner – and it’s also prolonging their strides in starting a family, which is something Portia really wants right now.
While these reports haven’t been confirmed, Ellen is still contractually obligated to do the show until 2020, so we still have years before any changes are made.
