Chrissy Teigen is the first famous face who springs to mind, as she has made no secret of the fact that she had the procedure, even going as far as to thank and tag the plastic surgeon who performed the procedure, which we love her for! "I did that Dr. Diamond buccal fat removal thing here," The Cravings cookbook author said in a video which she posted to her Instagram Story back in September 2021, while pointing to her cheeks. "And since I quit drinking, I’m really seeing the results, and I like it. Yeah, I did it, what?"

While the speculation that Emily has had buccal fat removal is unanimous among her fans, they aren’t as united in their opinions. Many of her fans took to the @truthaboutfaves post's comments section to voice their opinions; some think that she is and has always been a beauty, other insist that they preferred her 'before' look, while others think she looks more striking now.
"I know buccal fat removal ages you but I kind of love this more modelesque look for her," one fan praised. However, many people went as far as to say that the alleged buccal fat removal has made her look "worse" and even "sick."
