Emma Stone is taking on a different sort of role for her latest movie Cruella. The latest live-action film from Disney will follow Stone’s character, Cruella de Vil, as she embraces her evil side, turning into the character we recognize from 101 Dalmations. It’s a stark contrast from the rom-coms we’re used to seeing Stone in, but, based on the trailer, she seems perfect for the part.
Not to mention, she hardly looks like her normal self in the movie–and it’s not just incredible acting. For her role, Stone embraced Cruella’s signature look: her half black and half white hair!

We cannot get enough of the edgy look! Not only does it suit the character flawlessly, but it also makes it clear that Stone is more than ready to play the role to perfection. However, we won’t be able to see exactly how it plays out until the film’s release date in May.
