Tom Holland and Zendaya are one of the cutest celebrity couples out there, and they might be more serious than we previously thought! Over one year after the two made their relationship public, rumors on Twitter are beginning to circulate that the Uncharted actor and Dune actress, both 26, are engaged.

Rumors Emerge On Twitter Of Tom Holland & Zendaya’s Possible Engagement

While neither of the actors have confirmed or denied rumors of bringing their relationship to the next level, over the past few days, many fans have retweeted a post from social media platform Pop Hive with a photo of the couple, and the following caption, “Tom Holland and Zendaya are reportedly engaged!”

While many users have congratulated the couple and sent sweet words and compliments their way, others are still “questioning” the news, with one hilariously writing, “do tom holland and zendaya know that they are engaged” and another adding, “we won’t know until we see proof!” (Our fingers are crossed for their happiness, ofc!)

Insider Source Dishes That The Couple Are ‘Planning For A Real Future Together’

An insider source reportedly sat down with Us Weekly last week and said that the Euphoria star and The Devil All The Time alum seem “serious and permanent.” The source allegedly added that they are both in “settling-down mode and are absolutely planning for a real future together.”

The Marvel stars both met on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016, and while fans shipped them for many years, they didn’t officially announce their romance until July 2021, after paparazzi released photos of the duo kissing. Their chemistry both on and off-screen is undeniable, and they’ve charmed us all ever since with public social media declarations of love for each other and stylish date night outfits.

Holland Opens Up About The Couple’s Wish For Privacy

Holland and Zendaya strive to remain as private as they can be, with Holland opening up about this to GQ in November of 2021. “One of the downsides of our fame is that privacy isn’t really in our control anymore, and a moment that you think is between two people that love each other very much is now a moment that is shared with the entire world,” He said. Holland described how he and Zendaya felt after paparazzi-snapped pics of them kissing went viral in the summer of 2021, adding, “We sort of felt robbed of our privacy.”

The Cherry star also said that he didn’t want to discuss his relationship with Zendaya without her being there. “It’s not a conversation that I can have without her,” he explained. “You know, I respect her too much to say … This isn’t my story. It’s our story. And we’ll talk about what it is when we’re ready to talk about it together.”

Another source supposedly told Us in December 2021 that while the two didn’t plan for their relationship to go public at the time of the photos going viral, it ultimately strengthened their bond. “Going public with their relationship has made them even more strong and confident in their relationship,” an insider said at the time.

Zendaya Refers To Holland As Her ‘Boyfriend’ After Emmy Win

While Holland and Zendaya are both busy working actors, it makes sense that they are often apart. Holland was notably working on the evening of the Emmy Awards this September when Zendaya snagged her second trophy. Although Holland couldn’t be with her at the Emmys in person, Zendaya told E! News that he supported her over the phone and cheered her on. She also referred to him as her “boyfriend.”

“Well, I didn’t have to text my mom, [Claire Stoermer, when I won] because my mom was already there, she’s here tonight, which is very special. And I texted my boyfriend,” she said at the time. We longtime Tomdaya fans aren’t crying at all…
