You may think it's nearly impossible to get Kim Kardashian or Jennifer Aniston's toned legs. But even if you don't have an A-List trainer on your side, we're here to tell you that their physiques are actually attainable! In fact, what you eat is just as important as how you exercise when it comes to building muscle. Here, we reveal the one food trainers say you should be eating on leg day to get celeb-equivalent results.

Experts say breakfast is an extremely important meal, but you'll want to eat it after your workout for optimal muscle strengthening. The number one dish they reccommend? An egg white omelete! Egg whites are full of protein, which sets off a cellular reaction in your body that helps your muscles heal after a workout breaks them down. And when a body is healed, it's best able to achieve peak performance and muscle growth.

Compared to the yoke of the egg, the white also contains fewer calories and cholesterol, which will help you stay lean as you build muscle. And that's not to mention it'll keep you satiated without causing belly bloat.

You can even pair your omelette with some avocado and olive oil, both of which provide healthy fats your body will crave after a workout.
