The 39-year-old attains her enviable figure by sticking to a strict diet with absolutely no sugar. Bündchen and her husband, football player Tom Brady, are a power couple with two children, and they maintain an 80 percent vegetables and 20 percent meat diet.
They have a personal chef at home that cooks them healthy meals and snacks made from entirely organic ingredients. Absolutely no sugar, white flour, iodized salt, and more unhealthy foods are allowed in their home.
Of course, there’s more to the legendary model’s routine than healthy food choices. In this Instagram post she revealed that a healthy lifestyle is more than just eating clean and exercising. Though, that and good genes are what got her that toned body.
Bündchen revealed in her caption that spending time outside, watching the sunrise, and meditating are things that help her recharge.
The supermodel always takes advantage of beach days and had the best time dancing on the beach in the tiniest red bikini ever.
The Brazilian supermodel is also an environmentalist, and spent time in 2017 aiding in rainforest deforestation relief in the Amazon.
