Gwen Stefani has been in the spotlight for decades now, and her look has definitely gone through some major changes over time. And switching from a punk rock look to a more classic glam style is only one part of Stefani’s evolution.
In before and after pictures, it’s pretty obvious that the singer has gotten some work done over the years. Although the changes in her look are subtle, from thicker eyebrows to fuller lips, they’re definitely there.

If you swipe through this carousel of photos, it's clear that Gwen Stefani does not shy away from changing up her look often. As she's matured, she's definitely embraced new fashion trends--even if that means undergoing some plastic surgery.
Although Gwen herself has not spoken up about any procedures that she's undergone, that has not stopped experts from chiming in on what they think the singer has done to her face.
Dr. Anthony Youn told The Skincare Edit that he guessed she had undergone botox at the very least, explaining, "Her forehead is also exceedingly smooth for a woman her age, possibly due to injections of Botox. I also suspect that her perfect skin could be the result of some well-performed chemical peels."
Youn also thinks Stefani might have undergone some more serious procedures in achieving her look. He adds, "Her eyes look more open, and may be the result of a conservative, well-performed upper eyelid lift, which is called blepharoplasty. It also appears that her nose has been thinned at one time."
Based on the photos, it also looks like Stefani opted for some lip filler over the years.
Although most of her work is subtle enough to go by unnoticed, Stefani's botox raised some eyebrows after the Grammys in January. Seeing Gwen on screen, many fans thought her face looked frozen and questioned just how much botox Stefani had gotten.
One wrote, "Hey @gwenstefani STOP with the plastic surgery/botox on your (once) beautiful face! You're starting to look as fake as Madonna!"
Another commented, "What has Gwen Stefani done to her face? And don't give me that natural aging malarkey bc what's happening ain't natural."
