Gwen Stefani is a huge fan of Hollywood glam, so it always comes as a bit of a surprise when the “No Doubt” singer opts to go makeup-free. But that definitely doesn’t make these barefaced moments any less gorgeous.
Most recently, the 51-year-old took to Instagram to wish her son, Apollo, a very happy birthday. Although it looks like Stefani might have a little bit of makeup on in the photo (at least a few swipes of mascara), she definitely kept her makeup understated for the birthday celebration.

This is definitely not the first time Stefani has gone on Instagram with little to no makeup.
In 2018, the Voice coach shared a carefree selfie from Lake Texoma while she was enjoying a boat day with now-fiancé Blake Shelton. She went makeup free for the day, looking completely gorgeous as she soaked in the summer sun. Not to mention, it doesn’t look like she’s aged at all since then!

Another makeup free post dates all the way back to 2016. In it, Stefani shows off her bed head while embracing her natural beauty.
Fans were quick to compliment the barefaced look. One wrote, “You’re such a beauty! Inside and out… love the no make up look.” We couldn’t have said it any better.
