Gwyneth Paltrow has been romantically linked to several fellow Hollywood A-listers, but as seen in an Instagram comment from her, don’t expect her to reconnect with any former flames any time soon! The Goop founder, 49, was asked on IG if she would ever think about reuniting with a blast from the past, and her response was equal parts hilarious and blunt.
On the Drew Barrymore Show recently, Paltrow’s friend and host Drew Barrymore, 47, joked about how she could compare her exes to “bird carcasses,” as there was “nothing left to revisit” in any of them. Barrymore’s show account posted the very clip in which the actress said this, and the caption read, “Would you ever get back together with an ex?” Paltrow then commented, “I’m good,” as fans began liking the hilarious comment and responding to it.

“Says a woman who still talks about Pitt, Affleck and Martin,” one fan joked, referring to Paltrow’s most memorable past long-term relationships. In the 1990s, Paltrow made headlines when she dated Brad Pitt from 1994 to 1997 and the two were engaged for 7 months before calling it quits. She then dated Ben Affleck on-and-off for 3 years from 1997 to 2000. The Shakespeare In Love actress was notably married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin from 2003 to 2016 and the former couple share 2 children: Apple, 18, and Moses, 16.

Reese Witherspoon also seemed to relate to both Barrymore and Paltrow, as she commented “this” with an upward arrow pointing to Paltrow’s words with a laughing emoji. Ultimately, as Paltrow hinted, she is unlikely to ever rekindle a past romance as she is currently happily married to producer Brad Falchuk, who she has been with since 2014 and married since 2018.
