Hailey Bieber has been known as one of today’s modern ‘it girls’ for quite some time, and if you’ve ever wondered what she does to maintain her modelesque skin and figure, she actually revealed some of her secrets.

The model and beauty mogul has been flaunting her smooth and clear skin as well as her toned physique for years, and many people have been asking what it is that she does to maintain her looks. As it turns out, she revealed some of her beauty tips and tricks years ago, and especially pointed out which foods she tries to keep out of her diet to maintain her glow. Hailey Bieber Reveals The Ingredients She Avoids To Maintain Her Skin & Physique

It's no secret that being a model or generally a woman in the public eye is challenging, as there's a lot of pressure to maintain good skin and a healthy figure. However, the mom-of-one seems to have learned how to maintain a balanced diet and exercise regimen.

In 2016, she spoke with Elle about what a typical day of eating looks like for her, and which foods she "usually leaves out."

"I try to be very strict about eating just for my skin and my body," she said, before revealing that during a typical working week, she dodges gluten and sugar whenever possible.

Hailey Reveals What She Eats In A Typical Day

In the same interview, the young model also opened up about what she enjoys eating to keep herself feeling full and healthy during a typical week. Now that she's a working mom, her answers very well could've changed, but she still displayed how she prioritizes protein, healthy carbs, and fibrous vegetables while limiting her intake of gluten and sugar.

For breakfast, she revealed she enjoys making "eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie." For lunch, she'll eat "salad, fish, grilled veggies, or maybe a sandwich," also noting that she loves ordering a "good kale Caesar salad" without the croutons.

"Dinner is usually kind of along the same lines [as lunch]—some sort of vegetable, or pasta, like a gluten-free pasta," she added. "Chicken, maybe. Sometimes [I'll do dessert]. I really like the Magnum bars; obviously, that's a great one. [But I generally try to avoid] sugar. Sugar's a big one for everyone, I think."

Whenever she's ready to treat herself to something more indulgent, she noted she allows herself to give in to her "cravings."

"The first thing that I crave, I'll eat," she noted. "That's my rule. So if I wake up and I want pancakes, I'm gonna eat pancakes. If I want a cheeseburger for lunch or for dinner, I'm gonna eat it. If I want fries, I'm gonna eat the fries."
