The America’s Got Talent judge wore a heavily-embellished high-necked and long-sleeved mini dress – emphasis on the mini – from The Blonds Spring 2019 collection, featuring dramatic padded shoulders and an asymmetrical hemline. She teamed the show-stopping mini dress with slouchy thigh high matching silver boots, and Hollywood diva-esque black aviator shades. It was not for the faint hearted!
