There are so many things to consider when filling in your brows with a pencil. What color pencil should you use? Will it last all day? Will it smudge? How do you master the perfect arch? Makeup pros like Nico Guilis have all the answers when it comes to brow pencils.
In an interview with Elle, Guilis shared her best makeup tips to avoid bad brows. It's really all about the color you choose. You don't want to make it super obvious that those brows aren't natural. "Choose the color that best matches your brows and fill in really lightly so it's barely there," says Guilis.
Another important step to remember is to evenly distribute your brow product. Guilis says it's super important to avoid being too harsh when filling in the corners of your eyebrows. You want to make sure to create a nice clean brow from the start to end.
Following these simple tips will you give you enviable brows. Remember, it's all about enhancing what you already have. So, don't go too crazy the next time you pick up that eyebrow pencil. Less is more.
