In a statement shared with The Daily Mail as their divorce was being finalized, Deborra-Lee suggested that she believes something was definitely going on between Hugh and Sutton before their separation. Without naming names, of course…
"My heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal," Deborra-Lee said in the statement. "It's a profound wound that cuts deep, however I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us," she added.
According to reports, Furness officially filed for divorce one week ago in a New York court. The former couple – who were married for over two decades and share two children together – have reportedly finally reached an agreement on how to divide their $387M fortune, and the settlement will allegedly include a "handsome spousal support payment."

Although the Deadpool & Wolverine actor is seemingly happier than ever with the Younger actress, 49, he has been deeply affected by what his ex-wife said. Especially because, according to insiders, he still cares for her.
"Her statement took Hugh and mutual friends by surprise because she wasn't very direct with who she was speaking about but was alluding to Hugh. That added emotional weight to it," an insider told Us Weekly, before confirming that the Les Misérables alum was "heartbroken" by her apparent accusations.
"Hugh loves and respects Deborra-Lee. He will always love her and won't allow it to get ugly," the insider continued, and finished off by saying that he is "hopeful in time they will heal and be friends and resolve any misunderstandings."
