Leaving your iPhone in the gym locker seems like a good idea, but you actually might be missing out! Using your iPhone for energy-booting music or exercise apps is a great way to get you focused on your workout and have a more coordinated workout!
Leaving your iPhone out, especially when you're using machines like treadmills or ellipticals, are just asking for your phone to get damaged. They're more likely to fall and break if left on these machines while working out, so make sure your iPhone is in your pocket or somewhere safe on your body!
Texting or taking selfies at the gym is just distracting and a major time waster. Put your iPhone on silent, and make sure you're only using it for workout purposes, like workout apps or music.
