Now, Jaden Smith, who played lead character Dre Parker, shared a nostalgic post on Instagram this week to honor the 72nd birthday of Jackie Chan, who played Mr. Han in the film.

Following the success of Karate Kid, Jaden went on to star in After Earth in 2013 alongside his father, Will Smith, before shifting his focus toward music and fashion.
