If you tuned into yesterday's Golden Globes Awards, you definitely noticed how AMAZING Jennifer Aniston looked. At 48, the actress' skin still manages to look as young and glowy as it did on the first episode of Friends back in 1994. And her body is still bangin', too! In fact, Aniston was just spotted on vacation looking toned, fit and gorgeous on the beach--and we HAVE to know how she does it!

Before hitting the Golden Globes stage, Aniston and her hubby, actor Justin Theroux, took their annual trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Cameras caught the actress soaking up the sun in a black bikini and proved that she's got one of the best bodies in Hollywood. We think she even looks better than she did back in 2013 when she went to the same location with friends.

See? She seriously must have found the fountain of youth. Dying to know what her secret is? It seems that the actress has found the perfect exercise regimen and diet to help her maintain her gorgeous figure. She revealed earlier this year that she's a fan of the elliptical and runs intervals until she's "drenched."
"I do 45 minutes of intervals on my elliptical. I raise the incline, run for two minutes, walk for one, run for two...and I do it for 20 minutes straight until I’m just drenched," she told Vogue back in August.
She also revealed that she puts a "healthy" spin on her favorite cheat meals when she wants to indulge, especially when she's craving lasagna. "You have zucchini, eggplant that acts as a paste, and you layer it with different cheese and put it in the oven," she told E! News. And, she always subsitutes turkey bacon for real bacon, according to Delish.
