The post in question, linked here, marks the very first time Aniston has posted with her boyfriend, making them Instagram official! In a sweet black-and-white photo, Jen hugs her man from behind while he looks behind the camera with a big grin on his face (we'd be smiling like that too if we were dating Jennifer Aniston). "Happy birthday my love," Jen wrote in the caption. "Cherished," she added with a red heart.
While the lovebirds have been linked since early 2025, this is the first time they've publicly confirmed their romance. In July, they were spotted on vacation in Mallorca together, so while they weren't trying to keep things under wraps at that point, going Instagram-official is no small deal!
