Ben Affleck was recently caught smoking by paparazzi while driving Lopez's $450,000 Rolls-Royce—with his 11-year-old son in the car. Uh oh!
A source who spoke to Star Magazine explained that it comes down to a difference in opinion. "Jen and JLo have very different views on [Ben's smoking habit]. JLo is grateful Ben is sober, and if he needs to smoke to get through the day, it's better than falling off the wagon."
Jennifer Garner on the other hand, finds Ben's smoking habit "disgusting," and while she's "been very good about not poking her nose into Ben's [life]... this is putting her patience to the test." She is very serious about Ben not smoking around their children—she reportedly has a no smoking rule—and JLo not being completely on board with this rule has caused some "tension."
