However, as the outlet notes, this division is far from straightforward. One of the most significant assets at stake is Affleck’s highly successful production company, Artists Equity (AE), which the Justice League star, 52, co–founded with his lifelong friend, Matt Damon. The "If You Had My Love" hitmaker officially filed for divorce on August 20th, citing April 26th—their two-year wedding anniversary in Georgia—as the date of separation.
Throughout the summer, the Wedding Planner star and Oscar winner have largely remained apart, fueling rumors about the state of their relationship.
"It’s really hit her hard," the tipster told the publication. They added, regarding Lopez: "She’s very upset and disappointed with Ben."
According to the source, Lopez feels uneasy residing in the Beverly Hills mansion she and her former partner bought for approximately $60 million in May 2023.
"She and Ben bought the house for the whole family. It’s way too big for her and filled with too many memories as well," they added.
Lopez and Affleck's combined family features his children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner — Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12 — alongside Lopez's twins, Max and Emme, 16, from her previous marriage to Marc Anthony.
