She was promoting many of her JLo Beauty products, and while she did a good job at describing them and her routine, fans and other users couldn’t get over the notion that she was putting all of them on before hitting the gym. These days, it's not uncommon for a celebrity, especially one who has their own line of beauty or makeup products, to share a video of themselves doing their routine to show it off.
However, the "Jenny From The Block" singer did hers in a slightly less conventional situation, as last week, she posted an Instagram video of herself getting her "gym clothes on" before her morning fitness and wellness routine. She began applying several of her Jlo Beauty products, including a neck serum and 'glow' serum, which she followed with a few makeup products.
Jennifer then applied some foundation, did her brows, applied bronzer, curled her lashes, put on mascara, and more. After finishing her look with some cream blush, lip balm, and more serum, the Hustlers star declared she was ready for the day, feeling better about the look of her skin after using her products.

After the video was shared, the award-winning singers' fans posted numerous comments hyping her up and writing about how beautiful they thought she looked.
However, there were also numerous Instagram users who felt that she was doing 'too much' for someone who was getting ready to hit the gym.
"All this to go to the gym?" asked a follower. "[I'd] sweat through all that stuff."
"The way I get ready to go to the gym is just putting shoes on," wrote another.
"I'm tired already, JLo," joked a user, as another commented that the tutorial was "unnecessary."
We'll be curious to see if the Wedding Planner actress decides to share makeup tutorials in the coming year, but it looks like she may need to do it under a different context.
