Jennifer Lopez is no stranger to being mocked on social media. And nothing appears to be off the table, as critics go for everything from her love life to her behavior and everything else in-between.
And she is once again being ridiculed, this time for pulling out of the SCAD Savannah Film Festival, which the internet thinks is due to her latest movie seriously flopping at the box office. Keep reading for more info…
'Kiss Of The Spider Woman' Flops At The Box Office
Although Ben Affleck was surprisingly complimentary of his ex-wife's performance in Kiss of the Spider Woman – it could have something to do with him serving as an executive producer, though! – not many moviegoers felt the same way.
As a result of the movie flopping at the box office, the "Love Don't Cost a Thing" hitmaker reportedly decided to drop out of attending the SCAD Savannah Film Festival, which takes place from Saturday, October 25th through Saturday, November 1st.

Jennifer Lopez 'Saw The Flop And Bailed'
According to Shuterscoop, the Hustlers alum isn't dwelling on things and is being quite strategic about the movie's flop, with an insider claiming she is "already onto the next big thing."
The insider dished: "She made the call – no pressure, no spin. She saw the flop and bailed." They added: "She dumped Spider Woman before it could drag her down."
And of course, many people online had their thoughts about why the movie flopped. "The reason that the movie didn't do well is because of Jennifer Lopez. She is so stuck on herself that few people want to watch anything she is in," thought one critic on Yahoo. "Does she not understand that we do not care to see her anymore?" asked a second, adding: "We are bored and tired of her now." "She has been over and done for a very long time!" exclaimed a third.

Reddit Comments
The movie's success – or lack thereof – was also discussed heavily on Reddit, with most people being in agreement with their thoughts that the "Can't Get Enough" singer was one of the main reasons it flopped.
"They should have picked someone who could actually sing and act. J-Lo is too polarizing and lacks talent," slammed one Reddit user. "J-Lo is the reason why I chose not to see it," quipped a second, as a third said: "I think people are sick to death of J-Lo." "Everyone knows this but her," replied a fourth.
A fifth user had their own thoughts on why the movie flopped, writing: "She is not marketable. Nobody wants to see her, especially in film. She's never had a successful film. She had to cancel her concert in the states. She's a notorious mean person."
"J-Lo was the mistake. She isn't a draw anymore, she doesn't get much positive press and her past history with employees suggest she's not a nice person. Nobody likes her the way they did 20 years ago," echoed a sixth.
