Jennifer Lopez Tells Photographers To 'Stop Acting Crazy'
The 57-year-old multihyphenate wore a backless white lace dress, teamed with a black Lady Dior bag, black loafers, and white socks while out in Paris on September 29th. A video of her being photographed outside her hotel has been circulating online, and she can be heard trying to calm the photographers down and telling them to "stop acting crazy." "Hi, can you stop acting crazy?" the Office Romance star can be heard telling the photographers in the clip, before adding: "Just relax. Nobody's running anywhere. We're not doing anything."
"You can just take a quick breath," she continued, before seemingly blaming the photographers' behavior on the weather, adding: "It's the heat." The Unstoppable actress then thanked them and continued on her way.
She may have been channeling Anne Hathaway, who has a history of telling photographers to calm down when trying to take her picture. But while many people seem to love the Odyssey star's calm demeanor in similar situations, the "On the Floor" singer didn't quite receive the same reaction. And it may partly be because many people think she called the paps herself!
Those accusations may have been fueled by a previous viral paparazzi moment from May, when Lopez was filmed waiting inside the Four Seasons Hotel New York as several hotel guests exited before she made her way outside and was greeted by photographers. Online critics accused her of "staging" the moment, calling it "pathetic" and "egocentric" among other things.

"She loves it, that's exactly what she wants," commented one Instagram user, followed by the crying laughing emoji. "Like she didn't plan that," speculated a second, as a third thought: "This is staged."
"Girl shut up! You called them," concurred a fourth, followed by two crying laughing emojis. "Guys, I know I called you, but chill please," quipped a fifth, as a sixth echoed: "But Jen... you called and said."
"She should be glad they bother with her!" exclaimed a seventh, as an eighth said: "Nobody is even running or yelling at you. She is talking to her imaginary paparazzi. You are not Madonna, J-Lo."
"Nobody cares," wrote a ninth, while a tenth added: "This woman is too much."
