Not only does the 49-year-old’s skin look better than its ever looked before, but her body is slammin’ as well–as evidenced by this gym selfie the “Shades of Blue” star just posted to her Instagram:
Look at that six pack! The megastar just gave her 81M followers a glimpse into her rigorous fitness routine–and it’s results!–by sharing her incredibly toned, flexed abs mid-workout.
And not only that, but she also one of her absolute favorite activewear brands, Niyama Sol.
“I loved @niyamasol’s post yesterday about judging less and loving more,” the star wrote. “My life and career are centered around my passions and doing things that make me happy.” Such a great message.
