Jessica Biel fully brought her sexy back at the Critics Choice Awards in Santa Monica, California, on January 4.
The actress was nominated for Best Actress in a Limited Series or Movie Made for Television for her performance in the Amazon Prime series The Better Sister and she made sure her red carpet look matched the moment.
Biel stepped out in a striking black-and-gold Lanolin gown featuring a halter neckline, ruffled accents, and intricate lace detailing. The dress truly dazzled from every angle, with a dramatic open back that stole the spotlight as she turned around.

The 7th Heaven alum completed the look with sleek Stuart Weitzman pumps, gold jewelry, and her hair styled in a polished bun. Soft, glowing makeup tied everything together, keeping the focus on the statement gown.
“I think these things kind of choose you,” the 43-year-old told LIVE from E! when asked about her dress. “It was one of the choices in my fitting, and it just was the right thing.”
She added, “It feels comfortable, playful, and kind of sexy. It just felt right.”
The award eventually went to Sarah Snook for her performance in Peacock’s mystery thriller All Her Fault, but thanks to Jessica's appearance at the event, the mother of two made some rare comments about husband Justin Timberlake.
When questioned over her enthusiastic dancing in the audience during her husband’s recent world tour, Biel didn’t hold back. “I feel like I’m up there with his No. 1 fans,” she told E!’, gushing about her husband, 44, whom she described as “so amazing live.”

Jessica Biel Gushes Over Justin Timberlake
“There’s just no one like him—who can perform like him, who sings like him. He just brings so much joy,” she said. Biel also made it clear she has no intention of toning down her energy at his shows.
“I don’t care if I look like a crazy person,” she added. “I’m gonna dance my butt off for two and a half hours.”
“I love his music, and I don’t care—I’m just gonna say it—I adore him, and I love him as an artist and a performer,” she continued.
The singer and Jessica have been one of Hollywood’s most high-profile couples for nearly two decades. They first met in 2007 at a birthday party Timberlake hosted for a friend and quickly became one of the industry’s most talked-about pairings. In 2010, Biel offered a rare glimpse into their relationship, telling Vogue it was “the most precious thing that I have in my life.”
The couple announced a mutual and amicable split in March 2011 after four years of dating, but they reconciled later that year. In December 2011, Timberlake proposed to the former model while the pair were vacationing in the mountains of Montana. They tied the knot in October 2012 in a private ceremony at the Borgo Egnazia resort in southern Italy.
Biel and Timberlake welcomed their first child, son Silas, in April 2015, and quietly expanded their family in 2020 with the birth of their second son, Phineas, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
