The Better Sister actress has had a busy year, with the premiere of her hit Hulu series and other projects in the works. However, she also took some time to support her singer husband, Justin Timberlake, on his headline-making "Forget Tomorrow" World Tour. The extensive tour ended this week, and to celebrate her husband's achievement, the supportive "tour wifey" shared a tour round-up on Instagram, with several photos of her memories from watching her husband on stage alongside her kids.
Also included in her post were pictures that showed off her tour wife outfits, and one of them was extra trendy and cool. In one of her pictures, Jessica wore a chocolate brown leather jacket, and created a makeshift dress out of a drapey brown skirt and a stretched out tour shirt for Justin. She also wore some cool accessories that added both formal and casual elements to the outfit, including a baseball cap, sheer tights, and high-heeled leather boots.
It's one of the coolest musician partner outfits we've seen in a while, as the teeshirt and skirt combination added a supportive yet creative edge to her look. Not long after the 43-year-old shared a collection of pictures from his tour, the former NSYNC member uploaded a very emotional, heartfelt Instagram post that not only gave his fans an update on his health but also provided an explanation for those who have been criticizing his shows.
Over the last few months, fans and internet users have been slamming the singer for lip-syncing on stage, and for numerous moments throughout his set, putting down the microphone and inviting the audience to sing. Overall, his performances had a bit of a 'lazy' vibe, but his new viral post could explain why that was happening.
"As many of you know, I'm a pretty private person," wrote the award-winning singer. "But as I'm reflecting on the tour and festival tour, I want to tell you a little bit about what's going on with me. Among other things, I've been battling some health issues, and was diagnosed with Lyme disease- which I don't say so you feel bad for me– but to shed some light on what I've been up against behind the scenes."
Justin also wrote that the disease had taken a toll on him "mentally and physically," but that he didn't want to cancel his tour despite his body experiencing "fleeting stress." After fans saw both Jessica's and her husband's posts, they shared support for both of them in the comments section.
"Thanks, Jess, for sharing him with the world for this year and a half tour," wrote a fan. "So many memories made."
"My favorite couple ever," added another.
