The 43-year-old actress has been getting a lot of positive feedback on her latest performance in the limited drama series, The Better Sister, which is streaming on Amazon Prime Video. In one of the episodes of the intense show, Jessica's character wears a backless white halter dress, which shows off her super-toned arms and back, and has cutouts that flaunt her slim waist.
Pictures and clips of her in the flattering dress quickly went viral, and fans began asking her to drop her workout routine, as they were envious of her fit figure. In response, the mom-of-two posted an Instagram reel on July 10th, where she called the shape she was in for the series "not maintainable," as one would have to be "living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle" regarding fitness and nutrition, which she admitted she cannot do all the time.
In her video, Jessica seemingly had no makeup on, as after being vulnerable with her followers, she dove into a workout tutorial, sharing a routine she had been following to maintain her killer body without exhausting herself.
