While Jessica Simpson remains in Nashville working on her music, Eric Johnson has stayed behind in Los Angeles with heir children, and he was recently spotted out and about without his wedding ring. "Jess and Eric very much live separate lives," a source close to the couple told People.
While this is the first time Eric has been spotted without his wedding ring, Jessica is regularly seen not wearing her ring, and as fans have noticed, hasn't posted a photo of her hubby on Instagram in over a year.

Jessica Simpson Makes Cryptic Instagram Post
Jessica is very active on Instagram, though, and based on how she's captioning her post, there seems to be some truth behind the statement that she and Eric are headed for divorce. One of her latest posts shows the singer lounging in an armchair in black go-go boots and a long, black, fur coat with the caption, "Interviews in my Nashville music room where I unearthed my singular magic."
"This comeback is personal," the caption continues, "it's an apology to myself for putting up with everything I did not deserve." Cryptic, right? Fans certainly think so, leaving comments like, "Is this J Simp saying she's single?"
