As well as acting strangely during his wife's Rhode pop-up event last month, leading fans to wonder whether he was abusing drugs, the "Sorry" singer has also raised eyebrows with some of his recent Instagram posts.
Some of these include rapping about being "high" and also sharing a candid post about feeling like a "fraud," among other troubling things. However, if we are to believe some of the latest reports, this has been going on for quite some time, and everyone is right to be concerned!

The source went on to explain that the two-time Grammy winner experiences emotional ups and downs, saying: "He goes through periods where he isolates, then periods where he's active and will spend time with friends. Justin can also have pretty intense low periods."
The source went on to say things are "rough" for him, according to Life & Style, adding that everything understandably "takes a toll on Hailey."
"She's at her breaking point," the source continued, while another source told the Daily Mail last month that "some of her friends have advised her to go it alone and leave him," but she wouldn't dream of it. She "loves him madly but he's a loose cannon," the Daily Mail's insider added.

He probably also thought becoming a 'family man' would fix things in his marriage. Now it all seems to be catching up to him."
