Kate Middleton once again proved that she can do effortless off-duty style just as well as she can do ultra-glamorous red carpet style.
The Princess of Wales, who turned 43 last month, was spotted shopping for glasses at Finlay in Notting Hill in London on Tuesday, January 21st; and we are obsessed with her casual and recycled look! Check out some of the pap pictures here.
Kate Middleton Wears A Max&Co. Wool Coat And An Aquascutum Plaid Scarf For Rare Shopping Trip In Notting Hill
For her rare off-duty solo outing, which came just a few days after she surprised patients at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London, the Princess of Wales kept out the London chill in a navy Max&Co. wool wrap coat. Pap pictures show her arriving at and leaving the store, and also smiling while chatting to members of staff there.
Underneath the coat, she appeared to be wearing some dark gray Sézane trousers, and she accessorized with some lug sole boots and a taupe Smythson mini Lytton crossbody bag. She also added an Aquascutum plaid scarf, which many eagle-eyed royal fans believe she has owned since she and Prince William got married in 2011. Page Six even went as far as calling it one of her “favorite” scarves, which we are inclined to agree with if she’s had it for that long and still wears it!
Her brunette locks were worn in their signature center-parted down do, with her Kiki McDonough diamond leaf-shaped earrings peeking through, and she appeared to be wearing little to no makeup.
