Katy Perry kicked off her Las Vegas “Play” residency at Resorts World with a bang as she took to the stage to perform amongst a forest of massive magic mushrooms in a red latex bodysuit. The 37-year-old beauty showed off every curve with this skintight red hot ensemble—she looks incredible! To go with the magic mushroom theme, Katy accessorized her ultra-sexy latex look with a fun and kitschy mushroom hat.
Only Katy could pull off a red latex bodysuit, matching fringe pants, and a literal mushroom hat—but she makes this odd look a true lewk. Katy took to Instagram on January 1st to share snaps from her performance and got over 575k likes from her 147m followers. As wild as it is, we’re here for this trippy Alice in Wonderland vibe.

And this red latex ‘fit is just one of many wild looks Katy is sporting for her Vegas residency. She combined two hot trends—cutouts and a high-slit for one of her other looks: a super sexy floor-length gown that featured two major side cutouts and two navel-high slits.
Katy’s jaw-dropping bedazzled dress was designed by Johnny Wujek and Pini, and hand-painted and crystalized by Vincent Michael. Of course Katy’s show includes her hit (and fitting) song "Waking Up in Vegas" as well as other chart-toppers like "Teenage Dream" and "Roar." Between the set, Katy’s over-the-top looks, and her iconic songs, this looks like a truly unforgettable show.
