The Kardashian and Jenner sisters are well-known for switching up their looks from day to day, and this week it was Kendall Jenner’s turn to show off a dramatic new style that was a departure from her long, pin straight hair. Jenner is well known for her being a dark-haired beauty who can often be seen rocking a middle part, but the 25-year-old model recently took to social media to show off a bold new look in a series of moody photos.

With locks hitting just below her collarbone, Jenner snapped a series of pictures revealing a curled and layered chop reminiscent of the shag trend that has grown in popularity over the last several months. The model switched between a deep side part and middle part for the pics, showing off different angles of her choppy cut.
Jenner captioned the snap “one night only” rocking a tight-fitting plaid top and pants which nearly matched the houndstooth carpet behind her. Makeup artist Mary Phillips who was responsible for Jenner’s stunning look of the evening commented a series of fire emojis below the post, with the model’s other celeb friends rushing to admire the style.
The 25-year-old’s hairstylist Irinel de León also reposted the photos, sharing with a curious fan that the style was achieved by a roller set blowout. León was also responsible for a number of Jenner’s other fresh looks, including the style that Jenner wore to the launch of her 818 tequila brand in Las Vegas last month.
While Jenner’s new look may only be temporary, we’re excited to see what other hairstyles she’ll be debuting throughout the summer. Sticking with a caramel toned hue over the last several months, the model is fond of frequently switching up her lengths, adding wavy extensions to her repertoire. Whatever her next look is, it’s sure to be going on the mood board.
