Kendall Jenner has been one of the top names in the modeling world for several years now, and it’s no secret that she’s a natural stunner. Lately, the runway and reality star’s fans have noticed that she looks “different,” as seen in comments under her recent selfies and social media posts.
While the 27-year-old supermodel has denied that she has gone under the knife, some Kardashians viewers continue to speculate that she may have had plastic surgery and lip fillers. Recently, a plastic surgeon took to TikTok to offer his professional opinion on what it “seems like she has gotten done.”

Expert Opinion: Has Kendall Jenner Had Plastic Surgery?
In a video post for his 978.3K followers, plastic surgeon Dr. Charles S. Lee, MD, FACS compared photos of Jenner from her teenage years and earlier career days to more recent and close-up shots. After being asked to by a follower, Lee detailed the procedures he believed Jenner had undergone.
“Here I can see she’s had a brow lift, possibly part of a fox eye lift including the lower lid corners,” Lee said. He added: “What I also see is [Jenner’s] upper eyelid has a little more platform show, so that could be a byproduct of the brow lift alone or additional eyelid surgery.”

Lee also noted that he thought Jenner’s “old nose” was more wide. In recent years, Lee said that Jenner sported a nose with “a little bit of roundness” of the tip area, which could explain why some fans thought it looked different as of late. “She’s had a rhinoplasty,” he guessed. In a YouTube video made by another certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Gary Linkov, he agreed with Lee in that Jenner’s current nose looks “more narrow” now than several years ago, specifically in the “bridge and nasal tip.”
Linkov also pointed out that her “cheek prominence didn’t look natural” over the years, and concurred with Lee in that he also thought Jenner got a brow lift. “The eyebrow positioning looks so different,” he said, when comparing an early 2010s photo to an early 2020s shot of her face.
“She’s got beautiful teeth,” Lee said while concluding his video, adding: “I think she probably had some lip fillers and probably some Botox as well but regardless I definitely agree she’s the most natural-looking Kardashian.” Lee captioned the TikTok: “Disclaimer: I am not her surgeon this is just my opinion.” In his own video, Linkov also said he thought Jenner got “a lot of lip filler” in recent years.

Fans React to Lee’s Detailed Breakdown and Surgery Theories
Lee’s TikTok post garnered over one million likes and thousands of comments from viewers. “Totally diff person,” one wrote regarding Jenner’s appearance as another added: “Not ppl saying she didn’t have anything done, like I love her, she’s a queen but C’MON man, it’s so obvious.”
Someone else concurred, commenting: “I love her, she is beautiful, but you can clearly tell by the pictures of her as a kid CMON!!”

Others complimented the “tasteful” way she got work done, as one replied: “If you compare the pictures you can tell her lips are fuller, but they still look so natural. She doesn’t have that puffy filler look.” (Jenner still has yet to add to the discourse or comment on it herself, but some of these fan and doctor theories might seem convincing).
