Unless, of course, the picture can be attributed to yet another Photoshop fail, in which case we, along with the rest of her fans, would have lost count of how many of those she has suffered in the past few months!
The 37-year-old Good American founder posted a black and white selfie before yet another workout, with the caption: “Sleepy but let’s get this workout in,” followed by a tired emoji. But fans were immediately concerned with how much bigger her already very plump lips looked – especially when compared to how small her nose looked in comparison – and they took to various social media platforms to talk about her ever-changing appearance!

This isn’t the first time that the former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star's appearance has caused fans to literally beg her to stop with the lip filler (and cosmetic surgery in general!) as one of the most recent instances came in December 2021 when she appeared in an advert for migraine treatment, Nurtec ODT, sporting the biggest lips we think we have ever seen, not to mention fresh alleged Botox. "It’s distracting how her new face, for lack of a better description, doesn’t move," a fan wrote on Twitter at the time, while another asked, "What the hell happened to her lips?"
