Kim Kardashian‘s parenting choices are under fire yet again after numerous internet users believe she used filters on her 12-year-old’s face.

The reality star is being called out online after her daughter, North West, was featured in one of her latest SKIMS advertisements. Although it has not been confirmed, after watching the video advertisement featuring her 12-year-old, many are convinced that filters were used to improve North’s appearance. This wouldn’t be the first time a member of the Kardashian family has been accused of utilizing filters on pictures and videos of their children, and this instance has fans especially heated. Read more about it below.

North West Is Featured In A New ‘SKIMS’ Campaign

More and more each week, it seems that the eldest daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West gets more involved in her brand and career. North West is one of the new faces of SKIMS, her mother’s super-popular shapewear and fashion line.

Although she appeared in a photoshoot for SKIMS alongside her younger sister, Chicago, in 2020, North was front and center for the new campaign at 12 years old, promoting the brand’s latest collaboration with Cactus Plant Flea Market to create festive and seasonal loungewear pieces for both adults and children.

For the collaboration, North can be seen wearing a sweatsuit and a graphic SKIMS hoodie that features a festive teddy bear. In video clips, she’s twirling her super-long, electric blue braids, which stirred up some controversy online a few weeks ago. As she poses in the clothing, the eldest Kardashian-West child says, “Everybody’s wearing SKIMS.”

Fans Slam Kim Kardashian For Seemingly Using 'Filters' On North

Upon seeing the clips and photos of North modeling for SKIMS, many fans and followers of the Kardashian family were thrilled and praised the teenager on social media.

However, the advertisements also angered many people, as upon closer look, they began pointing out that it looked like filter and photoediting tools were used to improve North's appearance or smooth her skin, which looks like it has a bit of a 'healing' effect in the ads.

"They have edited her face," wrote an Instagram user, as another wrote that North looked "super Photoshopped."

"Wow," commented a sarcastic user. "The award for the best mom goes to..."

"North is looking much older now!" added another.

Although many internet users were impressed by how charismatic the Kardashian-West prodigy is, others feel that the potential photo editing and some of her latest style choices are an indicator that she's growing up too quickly.
