Kim Kardashian has once again got people talking, as fans think she looks almost “unrecognizable” in the recent Instagram pictures she shared with her 363M followers in honor of nephew Tatum‘s 1st birthday.
On July 28th, the 42-year-old Skims founder shared a three-image carousel of pictures of herself posing with little Tatum, the son Khloé Kardashian and ex Tristan Thompson welcomed via surrogate last year.

The first two pictures were adorable selfies, with Kim smiling in the first and pouting in the second, while the third was a picture of Kim lying on a couch and holding her nephew up in the air.
