The 56-year-old, who first rose to fame after starring on news channels, and during her marriage to current California governor Gavin Newsom, is now reaching a new level in her career after officially being confirmed as a new ambassador under the current Trump administration.
She was first nominated for the role at the end of 2024, not long after President Trump was re-elected to office. On September 18th, the U.S. Senate officially took a vote that confirmed her as the new Ambassador to Greece, causing friends and fans to celebrate her on social media.
Not long after the confirmation, pictures were posted of her in a bright blue powersuit, which consisted of a matching blazer and pants. She paired the matching pieces with a simple black top underneath and wore her signature long, dark hair down and in waves.
