Though Kourtney recently denied pregnancy rumors, she is far from closed off to another child. "[Kourtney and Travis have] been trying the old-fashioned way pretty much nonstop," a source dished. "If that doesn't work this time, using a surrogate is on the table. That worked out well for Kim and Khloé."
And they're not just hoping for one more: "They both think having twins would be a huge plus," the source. "Kourtney really wants more kids, and she has Travis' full support."

A viral TikTok from earlier this winter captured Kardashian, Barker, and her daughter Penelope walking in front of a crowd at Barker's concert. Midway through, Kardashian and Barker began kissing passionately, seeming to make Penelope uneasy.
