The singer and actress is entering an entirely new chapter of her career, having been thrust back into the spotlight starring in a musical adaptation of The Devil Wears Prada on London's prestigious West End. As she's taken on the character of Miranda Priestly, she's opened up to publications about the transformation she underwent after turning a certain age.
The 62-year-old opened up for a special interview with Hello! magazine, where she became vulnerable and real about how she started approaching her health once she entered menopause. At a certain point, when weight loss seemed undoable, she began taking tirzepatide while living in the UK, better known as Mounjaro, saying, "It's a game changer."
"When I turned 60, I was like, 'I want to be here for a long time, and I want to look my best,'" she recalled. "So what am I going to do? My fifties were hard. I started perimenopause in my late forties, but suddenly, at 51, it's crazy how your body changes. You feel out of control because you're working out the same way, eating the same, and your body is not reacting the way it used to."
The Desperate Housewives star also stated that she started getting elite "vampire facials," HRT (hormone replacement therapy), and NAD+ injections to keep up her health and appearance, stating that "science is amazing."

In addition to her tell-all interview, Vanessa posed for a glamorous photoshoot. For her feature, she posed in black dresses.
