Kylie Jenner Reveals Her Dog, Norman, Passed Away On Instagram
If you're a fan of Kylie Jenner and followed her during the mid-2010s, there's a good chance you know all about her Italian greyhound, Norman, her first dog since moving to her own home. She adopted the gray, slender pup in 2014, and flooded her socials with pictures and videos of him.
Norman was commonly featured on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and the billionaire's spin-off series, Life of Kylie, as well as referenced in her interviews and social media accounts. It didn't take long for Norman and Italian greyhounds in general to become a part of her brand, as she went on to adopt more, including her other dogs, Bambi, Sophia, and more.
After she became a mom to her firstborn, Stormi, in 2018, she began posting content with her dogs a bit less frequently, but they were always there and remained a cherished part of her family. Sadly, on October 22nd, the 28-year-old updated her fans and followers to reveal that Norman had passed away at nearly 13 years old, making a heartfelt Instagram post filled with pictures and a long caption dedicated to the life of her first pup.
"I always wanted an Italian Greyhound growing up, but my mommy never let me have one," she wrote. "Then, right after I turned 17, I got you for Christmas, and it was the best gift I could have ever received. Normy, you filled my life and so many others with pure joy. Almost 13 years old, and yet I know I'll remember you far longer than the time we got to share. I wish I wasn't writing this post. I knew you were getting older, and I tried to prepare myself, but it's hard losing you, Norm. It makes me happy knowing my kids got to meet you and love you."

It didn't take long for Kylie's post to go viral, as most fans of the Kardashian-Jenner family were familiar with him and could tell just how important he was to her after years of watching them on television and social media together. The pictures of her and Norman throughout their time together, as well as snaps of him and her children, rallied the attention and support of not just fans, but celebrities, too.
