The mom-of-two's show-stopping dress featured a super-daring plunging neckline, but a more modest (by Kardashian/Jenner standards!) knee-high hemline. She accessorized with some on-trend clear heels and chose to forgo the jewelry, save for a dainty gold chain bracelet on one arm.
The Khy founder looked incredible, without a doubt, but she could once again cause fans to wonder whether Ozempic or a similar weight loss injection is behind her super-slim figure. If you'll recall, she sparked some controversy earlier this month when she launched her Cosmic fragrance, wearing a stunning backless dress that highlighted her extremely trim figure. Some fans took to Instagram at the time to comment, with one writing: "Ozempic working great on you."
