Kylie Jenner Talks To 'British Vogue' About Getting Plastic Surgery At 17
In the British Vogue September issue, for which she is on the cover, the Kylie Cosmetics founder confessed to now regretting the breast enlargement she got when she was just 17 years old.
The mom-of-two told the fashion bible that she initially decided to have the surgery after being influenced by the public's negative comments about her appearance; but now that she's in a "different place" in her life, she doesn't think she would have gone down that path if she had the choice again!
"That was 10 years ago now. Naturally you're in such a different place," Jenner said. She added: "The world put a lot of pressure on a teenager, me, to make the right decisions. And I just have to be gentle with myself because although I carried so much responsibility in the moment, I was just trying to do what was best for me. I was just trying my best as a human. I have to realize: 'It's OK, Kylie.' Looking back, I'm like, 'God, I was 17, 18.'"
What Did Kylie Jenner Previously Say About Her Breast Enlargement?
The Kylie Skin mogul opened up about her breast enlargement on an episode of The Kardashian last year, and told viewers that she wouldn't have had the surgery if she knew she was going to become pregnant shortly afterwards. "I got my breasts done before Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20," she confessed at the time.
She continued: "Like, they were still healing. I had beautiful breasts. Natural [expletive.] Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with."
Kylie also opened up about her breast enlargement regrets in a November 2023 WSJ interview 2023. She said at the time: "I probably just should have waited until I maybe had kids or let my body just develop."

On a more recent episode of The Kardashians, the Khy founder fought back tears as she once again discussed the public's obsession with her appearance. She could be seen sitting on a couch beside her supermodel sister Kendall Jenner, and said with tears in her eyes: "People have been talking about my looks since I was 13. It just gets exhausting."
"Like, I've never cried about this before, but I guess it does affect me," she added, while talking to her sister on the couch. In another confessional scene, Jenner said: "I hear nasty things about myself all the time."
