In the comment section, however, many fans were “taken aback” with the multi-hyphenate’s appearance, with some thinking she looked “digitally created” or made with “artificial intelligence.” Others noted that they thought she looked like Miley Cyrus or just ultimately, “not herself.”

Lady Gaga’s New Lip Product Promo Video Raises Eyebrows on TikTok
In her May 18th TikTok caption, the Grammy winner and style icon wrote, “These NEUTRALS are HOT LIKE THIS RECORD.” She tagged her cosmetics company and added, “(Grrrrrr…I’m wearing maple matte),” with a winky face emoji. Her post garnered 1.7 million likes from her 8.9 million followers as well as thousands of comments from “concerned” fans.
In the clip, the House of Gucci actress dances and twirls around, smiling and holding her lip products up to the screen. She can be seen with her long, wavy blonde tresses worn down.
As for her makeup look, the “Stupid Love” singer went for voluminous lashes, rosy blush and a dark pink lipstick. Many fans seemed to think that her skin looked “too retouched to be real” and “very airbrushed.”

Fans Wonder If Gaga’s Video Is ‘AI,’ And Stress Visual Similarity To Miley Cyrus
“Why does she look like a Lady Gaga lookalike,” one user wrote as another added, “I thought this was a random person that kinda looks like gaga.” Someone else concurred, commenting, “I almost didn’t recognize her.” One other asked, “is this AI?”
Some even did a double take, and thought that the “Just Dance” hitmaker looked more like Miley Cyrus. “Why does Lady Gaga look like an older Miley Cyrus,” one questioned as another agreed, “This gives Miley Cyrus cosplaying as Lady Gaga.” Yet another added, “My mind is fighting over deciding whether this is Miley Cyrus or Lady Gaga.”

Others linked Gaga’s look to Ozempic, the controversial Tik-Tok trendy and apparent celeb-fave drug used to treat diabetes and taken for weight loss (although many experts and doctors advise against taking it for this purpose). “Another ozempic baby just dropped!” one commented as another added, “ok ozempic gaga wasn’t on my bingo card.”

More, it seems, thought that Gaga’s post simply “had a filter on it,” which could explain why she looked different, without any “surgeries,” “drugs” or “artificial intelligence” used at all. “Y’all are so quick to judge,” one Little Monster commented as another chimed in, speaking for us all, “she looks different but I don’t know why.”
