"It was Camila who broke it off with Leo because he wanted her to be home having babies and she wants to have a career," a source told The Sun. "He has got to that point in his life where he wants to have a family. But Camila has been working towards her dreams since she was 16, when she was in James Franco’s movie Bukowski."
And dating the Don’t Look Up star didn’t actually open as many doors for her as she had hoped, as the source even went as far as to say that "Leo didn’t do anything for her career." Yikes! "She’s more upset about that than anything else," the source added. "Everything that she did was on her own, even though she’s been with him for four years. He could have introduced her to a bunch of people and put her in his movies. Her and her mother want to make it big in Hollywood. That’s always been her mother’s focus."
The source went on to say that, as Leo didn’t seem to support her career as an actress, she shouldn't be expected to give up on her dreams and have children. "Leo wanted her to have babies and stay home but if you want somebody to do that you’ve got to make a commitment. What commitment is he making?" the source asked. "He didn’t introduce her to anyone because he doesn’t want her to be famous and have a career, obviously. Leo wants to have a family but still play around. A man who really wants to be committed would put a ring on it." Wow!

However, Leo and the mom-of-one were spotted getting close shortly after, and fresh reports have now suggested that the pair are actually dating, but are "taking it slow." Well, that escalated quickly!
"Gigi and Leo are the real deal," an insider told Entertainment Tonight after the two were spotted getting cozy at New York Fashion Week. "They’ve been hanging out a lot and are very into each other. Things are going well between them and they’re both happy."
