It’s official—Anne Hathaway is the reigning queen of not only Genovia, but also the 2022 Cannes Film Festival! With one gorgeous ensemble after another, the Princess Diaries icon, 39, continues to amp up her red carpet style game with every appearance this week.
While we’ve seen celebrities rock several stunning short dresses at the fest this year (from Cara Delevinge’s Balmain black mini to Marion Cotillard’s strapless shimmery Chanel item), we have to hand the crown over to Hathaway, who just donned a glamorous two-tone Gucci dress while promoting her new film, Armageddon Time.

The Devil Wears Prada actress was captured wearing a dress from the Italian luxury label that featured a black, sparkly skirt, a lighter blue push-up, low-cut top and overall flattering cut that flaunted her incredible figure. (Miranda Priestly would def approve!) Hathaway paired her mini dress with strappy, shimmering silver heels and tied her long brown locks into an elegant half-up, half-down style. This surprising Y2K hair accessories has been making a comeback as of late—and Hathaway recently rocked this sky-high hairstyle again at the 2023 Met Gala.
